Thank you very much for your help. We had just installed a new water heater and the plumber had put the temp low. After applying all that you told us, the dishwasher did turn off by itself last evening so that’s a relief(ran forever, before, over 4 1/2 hours!). I will also put the dishwashermagic thru it to complete the cleanup. ... you are right since I have noticed white powder and dishwasher soap residue in the machine lately. Much appreciate your advice.

**Warning to ALL Prospective Customers
about Yelp.com FAKE & Libelous Reviews!**
Yelp.com is NOT a REAL Customer Review site! REAL Review sites, VERIFY the reviews, to make sure they are coming from REAL Customers, they allow to be posted. Yelp.com does NOT VERIFY ANY reviews AT ALL, but allows anyone to post anything they wish, including Very Defamatory Comments, with No Ounce of Truth, which Defeats the purpose of a review site! Don't get me wrong, there are tons of Real and Positive Reviews, such as what Real Customers have posted in great thanks for our service, but there are also 13 Hidden Positive Comments, that YELP.com, deems as not worthy for viewers to see, and they feel they can BLOCK viewers from seeing Tons of Positive Reviews, and I ask...for what reason!?? Real Customers posted their appreciation, and they are Not Deserving to be read by other prospective customers?? This is NOT a Real Review site....NO REVIEW SITE on the web Hides reviews, but YELP.com does, and a lot of them are Positive, doing a Great Disservice to Not Only the person who used YELP.com to find us, but more so to the service company who DESERVES to have the Positive reviews posted, as much as YELP>com Demands and Enjoys posting the Horribly Defamatory comments, that have no truth, and they REFUSE to Remove them! A REAL Customer Review site tells new, prospective, and existing Customers about REAL, previous experiences, from REAL CUSTOMERS, positive or negative with the company involved, but Yelp.com allows Fake, Abusive, and Vile posts to be posted on their site, causing Extremely Libelous and Defamatory LIES to affect the business of these companies, UNTIL Yelp.com staff, GETS AROUND to viewing them and realizing they are Fake, and in a lot of cases they still do not remove these fake, abusive and libelous posts, because(in their words), it is good to have both positive and negative reflections of your business. These Fake, Abusive and Vile comments have happened to me a few times, and the things that have been said, bare NO Likeness at all, to anything that is true about ABA. Yelp.com is on the verge of a Class Action Lawsuit, for accessory to Libelous and Defamatory Practices, against many businesses, in a vast # of states, due to their allowing, UNVERIFIED, UNTRUE & VILE STATEMENTS TO BE POSTED AGAINST COMPANIES, THAT HAVE CAUSED A GREAT LOSS IN BUSINESS, DUE TO THEIR NOT HAVING AN OUNCE OF TRUTH TO THEM. What is happening, is that other competitors, irate tenants, and even people that have an axe to grind with a company, are using Yelp.com to try to hurt a company, to get back at them, when there is Not One Ounce of Truth to anything they are saying. A Perfect example happened to me just this last week... where a guy, and I know who it is, a competitor, posted an extremely vile & libelous post about ABA, saying that we are Not Licensed, which is NOT TRUE, as our License# is posted on the site (B.E.A.R California License# A-44763, for all to see and verify), and many other Terrible things that were Blatant LIES, in order to try to hurt ABA, because we are more successful, and treat our customers better than his reviews state on REAL Review sites, like Kudzu.com and ServiceMagic.com, where they verify that you are a current or previous customer. It has been a real struggle to get Yelp.com to Monitor and be Responsible for the posts that are NOT TRUE, and downright Harmful to a business. Negative reviews are one thing, and I appreciate them, and will respond accordingly, to make sure the problem is fixed, so it does not affect another customer. But name calling, Lying about one's licensure, making up things that are just not true, like one review on Yelp.com, that says ABA quoted her $45.00 for a service call(I have NEVER Charged a Service Call AT ALL, EVER! So, she is talking about some other service company, or just making this all up to try to hurt me for some reason, and it gets worse with her lies!), and then she goes on ranting and raving about things that have no ounce of truth about ABA, continuing to name call. This is NOT a Negative Review, NOR a REAL Review, and for Yelp.com to allow such vile, and hateful things to be posted, is an example of who and what yelp.com is, someone that doesn't truly care about doing a service for the community, but instead they are making it quite obvious they are only out for money, and getting businesses to pay them to become a member, which they have hounded me about with harassing phone calls, daily! As I have brushed them off more and more, for over 2 years, it appears more and more vile posts are getting allowed. I am starting to wonder if, Yelp.com is behind it, to force me to pay them, to have better access to the responding to these Fake reviews! I see a Class Action Lawsuit in the very near future against Yelp.com, and if it is started, I will certainly join in. There is no room for bullying on the web, with Extreme Malice, with the Sole Intent and Purpose of Hurting a business, without ANY Truth behind it! Yelp.com has HIDDEN 13 of my 5 Star reviews, and a number of these customers have contacted me, and asked why their review is NOT viewable to the user! WHY would Yelp.com HIDE 13 of my REAL 5 Star Reviews, except to attempt to BULLY me into Paying them to become a member! Take the reviews on Yelp.com with a Grain of Salt, and if they seem hard to believe, Believe it...They are too hard to believe and NOT True! Hopefully soon, someone across the United States will get fed up enough, to start a lawsuit against Yelp.com to Stop this Malicious, and Irresponsible Libel and Defamation being allowed and condoned, by Yelp.com! Apparently, Yelp.com is NOT going to Properly Police the OPEN ACCESS, NON-Verifed Reviews posted to their site, that are causing Great Harm to thousands of companies, so we will need to do the policing ourselves. Yelp.com, you are on notice, that the customer, deserves MUCH BETTER than the Lack of Integrity that Yelp.com shows towards anyone involved. Review sites are supposed to show ACCURATE Reviews of Previous and Current customers, not open access reviews, that are NOT Verified, and open to Hate and Malicious content, that comes from someone who has NEVER been a customer of a company! Get your act together Yelp.com, or you will find yourself ignored by consumers in the future, as a no-good, worhtless content web site, you are close to being as we speak!

Just wanted to say thank you again for your assistance in getting my Bosch dishwasher working again. After using the dishwasher magic you recommended, many bottles of it, and I also actually ended up doing a rinse cycle with vinegar and the cycle completed by itself a couple of time now, so appear heating element is better.
I want to commend you again on putting the customer ahead of the almighty $$$, the world could use more people like you. From Now on I'm calling ABA for all my appliance needs and will recommend you to my neighbors...

Thanks for fixing my GE refrigerator. On the middle settings the refrigerator is nice and cold and crisp, just like new. The freezer is dry and cold. It is performing much better than it did perform BEFORE I moved it into the backyard and heated it up - apparently that fan was dying already. Too bad I fried the circuit board too, but thanks to you, this thing should last until the compressor blows.
I will be happy to tell my friends to call you when they need you.
